Notice of arata AX Series Product Recall and Correction 2
We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience caused to customers who have purchased the AX series.
We would like to provide you with the latest information regarding the recall and correction of the arata AX series products.

We are currently expediting both the correction and replacement processes, and we anticipate the following schedule:
1. Correction Work and Shipping: We expect to start shipping from August 3rd or 4th.
2. Replacement Product Shipping: We expect to begin shipping from late July to early August.
3. For the correction work, we will prepare in the order of arrival and proceed with the work starting from August 3rd. We expect to complete the return shipping of the majority of used tents by around August 7th.
4. Regarding the replacement products, they will be shipped in three batches from the production facility (China): the first batch, second batch, and the third batch (scheduled to arrive on August 2nd). If customs clearance proceeds smoothly, we anticipate starting the shipment of replacement items by the end of this month.
