【Important Notice】Delay in the release of the ACP-500 and ACP-700, and our apologies

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of arata products.

The release of our new products, the ACP-500 and ACP-700, which were scheduled to go on sale soon,

has been postponed due to manufacturing defects that have been discovered.

The resumption of sales is currently undecided.

The manufacturer changed the shape of the titanium wire without our permission,

which resulted in a larger range of motion for the handle than designed,

and the stability and operability during use were significantly impaired.

We determined that this was not a product of sufficient quality for arata,

and decided to reproduce the product according to our specifications.

We are currently in discussions with the manufacturer regarding reproduction.

We have already received a large number of orders for this product, but

we will refund the full amount to customers who have already placed orders.

We will contact the customers concerned via the email addresses they have registered with us.

please check your spam folder and

set up your email to accept emails from the arata-design.jp domain.

This setting is especially important for those using mobile phone carrier email services.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern caused to everyone who ordered this product and those who were eagerly awaiting its release.

We will strive to further strengthen our quality control and manufacturing systems and work to prevent recurrence.

We will announce the release date as soon as it is decided.
