Latest Update on AX Series Product Recall

1. Timeframe for Receiving and Returning Repaired Items
Currently, we are shipping returned tents within approximately 3 business days of their arrival. From today onward, we will only be handling these requests on weekdays.

2. End of Exchange Service
Many of the tents marked as unused have actually been used outdoors, which requires additional time for inspection. Therefore, we are currently returning tents only after completing repair work. For customers with unopened tents, please return only the inner tent.
